How we handle data
A plain description of what this platform stores and publishes. It is not legal advice or a substitute for our terms.
Reviews are anonymous
A published review never carries a reviewer’s name, email, or account. It shows the reviewer’s role, industry, company-size band and how long they used the product, plus the scores and summary they confirmed. It does not show their relationship to the provider, any conflict they disclosed, the raw answers they typed, or the exact date they submitted — only the month.
Providers see exactly the same set. They cannot see who reviewed them, and they cannot edit or remove a review.
What we collect about companies
Company-page information — name, description, industry, headquarters, size band. We do not collect employee lists, personal contact details, or individual profiles, and anything an external source returns beyond company-level data is stripped before it is stored. Proposed values are always shown to the company for confirmation before they are saved.
How long we keep things

A scheduled job enforces these; they are not aspirational.
Your requests
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion of your account, or withdrawal of a review you wrote. We respond within 30 days.

Deleting an account removes the link between you and anything you wrote, and deletes the raw answers you typed during an interview. Published reviews stay unless you also ask to withdraw them — they are already anonymous, and other buyers rely on them.
